1.Fiber procession
Pva can be made into pva fiber through wet spinning,heat treatment and crimping-oiling in water,which own superior physical properities and chemical stability.
2.Textile sizing
Pva can be used as texitel sizing and warp sizing widely.it is easy to make pva sizing agent and this agnet has good adhesion to cotton,line,polyester,vinylone and viscose fiber.
3.Adhesion
Pva solution has very good adhesion to cellulose and the solution is very stable.it is widely used in printing and paper processing to replace starch,sodium silicate or use together.pva can be used as remoisture adhesive in stamp,label and packing industry due to good water solubility.urea folmaline resin with pva can be used as the adhesion of polywood due to good adhesion,water resistance and quick solidity.
4.Construction paint
Water soluble paint based on pva is no expansion, no embrittlement,no toxicity and hazard,convinence to be used and lower in price.it is widely used as construction paints,such as building interior and exterior wall,floorboard,etc.
5.stabilizer
stabilizer operation can be classified roughly into two categories:for PVAC emulsion and suspending agent for PVC polymerization.
6.Butyral resin production
Pva can be made into butyral resin by reaction with aldosterone in acid condition.
